★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pingin datang kesini, tapi katanya karena pandemi, semua serba online dan gak boleh datang. Tapi berkas sudah dikirim, kata cs sudah diterima tanggal 4 februari dan katanya harus nunggu 14 hari kerja untuk diproses. Tgl 4 maret saya kontak cs lagi via WA jawaban kok masih sama, nunggu 14 hari lagi. Apakah ini akal2an atau bukan, mengingat setoran saya via autodebet, sehingga jalau proses lama nanti bakal kena debet lagi dong. Padahal saya lagi butuh banget ini dananya. Mohon kalau berani mengatasnamakan syariah, jangan cuman akad awalnya, tapi keseluruhan prosesnya dong. Termasuk pas ada customer yang mau redemption kok jadi merasa diulur ulur. Apakah pemrosesan redemption tidak menggunakan prinsip syariah? Katanya prinsip tolong menolong, disaat customer lagi butuh banget, kok jadi merasa dipersulit????????

Please, if you dare to act in the name of sharia, not just the initial contract, but the whole process. Including when a customer wants to make a redemption, how come they feel stretched out. Does the redemption processing not use sharia principles? He said the principle of please help, when the customer really needs it, why do you feel difficult????????
