★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sama seperti yg lain, pelayanannya lambat, di mandiri mau tutup kartu kredit, buka atm terblokir sekitar 15 menit prosesnya, cimb butuh 30 menit lebih. jika memang lambat ditambahkan saja tellernya jd 3 atau 4. masa nasabah harus menunggu 1 1/2 jam - 2 jam antrian setiap kali ke sana (pengalaman sy 2 kali nunggu segitu lama). Sungguh buruk.
Just like the others, the service is slow, in Mandiri I want to close my credit card, open a blocked atm for about 15 minutes, cimb takes more than 30 minutes. if it's slow, just add the teller to 3 or 4. customers have to wait 1 1/2 hours - 2 hours in line every time they go there (my experience is waiting that long twice). Really bad.

Slow. And after waiting in line for a long time, the ATM machine was broken. So told to queue to another branch.

The service is terrible, queuing for more than 3 hours cs the security is not productive, I was told to come forward and sit in front, I don't know.
