★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan klaim sangat buruk..semua nomor telepon front desk no respon kayak ngomong sama tembok..padahal asuransi besar tapi pelayanan pelanggan sangat jelek..ditelepon tidak diangkat layanan WA tidak ada balasan chatting..entah ada masalah internal atau apa, tapi yang jelas sangat merugikan kami sebagai pelanggan. (terimakasih keluhan pelayanan klaim langsung ditanggapi oleh petugas..semoga tidak ada lagi kejadian serupa dengan yang saya alami dan proses klaim tidak ada kendala yang sama)
claims service is very bad ... all the front desk telephone numbers have no response like talking to the wall ... but the insurance is great but customer service is very bad ... phone is not picked up WA service is no chat reply ... there is an internal problem or what, but clearly very detrimental to us as customers. (thanks complaints service claims directly responded by the officer ... hopefully there will be no more similar events that I experienced and the claim process is not the same obstacle)

Udh jauh2 datang pagi tau2 diusir sama satpam, dibilang hrs yg udh booking karena slotnya direservasi sama orang2 PT. Pihak manajemen lapangannya jg masa bodoh dibiarin aja pagar ditutupin sama satpam sampai kt nunggu2 di luar kyk org antri sembako. Minimal bisa dijelaskan secara sopan sama orang yg in charge, apalagi udah jauh2 datang. Payah deh.

At least it can be explained politely to the person who is in charge, especially since they have come a long way. It's bad.
