β β β β β Baru pertama kali pakai asuransi ini untuk mobil terbaru saya, dan saya KAPOK cukup sekian dan terimakasih goodbye kalau tidak terpaksa saya tidak akan pakai asuransi ini lagi, proses dari lapir ke survey lama, dan lebih lama lagi dari survey ke aprove dan keluar SK, juga kurang jelas dalam memberikan info para karyawannya, ahhh sudahlah pokoknya kecewa dengan SDMnya dan prosedurenya yang lama

If I don't have to, I will not use this insurance again, the process from report to the old survey, and even longer from the survey to the aprove and SK exit, also less clear in providing information on its employees, ahhh never mind disappointed with the HR and the old procedure

β β β β β Asuransi kaya mafia, proses claim kecelakaan kerusakan mobil proses claim Asuransi sampe 3bulan, kerusakan pake otp segala, 75% kerusakan mobil nya, gak tercapai di batalkan proses claim nya,.. tanggung sendiri, gw bayar pake duit?... Bukan pake kertas' dasar.... customer malah dipermainkan, SDH di proses kerusakan harga ter capai 75% malah di coret2 tanpa pemberitahuan customer,... Lebih baik jgn pake jasa asuransi ini jelek pelayanan, mau untung sendiri gak tau customer datang pulang pergi jauh2 berapa ongkos abis... Terbuang sia2 mobil blom juga ada tanda-tanda di perbaikin.. tolong duit customer jgn di mkn sendiri, haram buat anak istri.. matinya akan masuk neraka... Ingin hukum alam...
