★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer servicenya sangat lambat, seolah olah kami agent yg hanya butuh via com,, tolong via.com bagian ticketing group diganti dengan yang lebih baik, email pagi, balasnya keesokan hari, dibalas balik, nggak direply blas,, sangat sangat slow respon.. bahkan terkesan cuek dengan request kami para agent.. not recommeded at all
 The customer service is very slow, it's as if we are agents who only need via com, please change via.com the ticketing group section with a better one, email in the morning, reply the next day, reply back, no reply, very slow response.. even seem indifferent to our requests the agents.. not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS AGENT . They own VIA.COM INDONESIA and their agent is dishonest and doing FRAUD. RIPPING OFF ELDERLY. !
QANTAS is refunding all their passengers with travel credit if passengers flying between 31 March 2020 to 31 May 2020 to Australia. They SUSPENDED all the flight internationally and yet this agent advised no such thing to my elderly aunty (as per their statement today 26 March 2020) I can see this agent already claimed the travel credit on their flight as their departing flight is no longer there whereas they advised my elderly aunty that the flight still going ahead . HOW COULD you take advantage of people during this difficult situation ?? BEYOND ME !!
