They're already told repeatedly that we need to travel for emergency, yet they purposefully dragged out the process longer than necessary, then still had the gal to ask for money from the work that I did most myself. Unreliable, mostly absent all the time, agent unreachable for communication most of the time/days/hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many agents that can help you here. Not crowded. 1st floor is for flight tickets. 2nd floor is for tours. Parking may be a problem since there are not many. So better go with gojek / grab. It is easy to stop a conventional taxi as well because the office is by the main road. After that maybe you can look around the car showroom (Toyota) just next door!
