Masa pas pelunasan diminta uang 100k bwat asuransi motor 1th kedepan..aku menolak tapi kata cs bilang kalo ini sudah paketan..hemmmm...
No more business with Adira..
At the time of payment, 100k was asked for money for the next 1 year motorbike insurance.. I refused but cs said that this was already a package.. hemmmm...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pdahal udah 3x mau 4x skrg transaksi sma adira dan 3 itu beres smua, walaupun tiap pelunasan dimintain biaya tambahan asuransi atau apalah...
Yg kali ini bener2 kecewa sama adira baru Telat 2bulan udah dikeluarin SK, tak samperin kekantor adira mlah dc nya mnta kunci motor saya gk saya kasih,mlah ngatain saya bukan atas nama saya gk berhak,,lha saya kesepakatan dri awal itu sma pihak adira bukan sama dc...mlah dc nya bilang klw gk trima suruh nyari namanya rudi org salakan,,sedangkan disini saya posisinya cewek sendiri..
Pdhl saya datang ke adira udah bawa uang buat byar keterlambatan saya, tp mlah dimintain biaya buka blokir 1,5jt..
Pdhl sblm2 nya sblm jatuh tempo sudah saya bayarkan..

Pdhl I came to Adira already brought money to pay for my lateness, but instead asked for an unblock fee of 1.5 million..
Pdhl before the due date I have already paid it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru sekali pake jasa leasing adira.. Tp kecewa sihh pas ambil bpkb harus bayar biaya asuransi.. Pdhl kalo udh lunas kan harusnya sudah bukan urusan adira lagi.. Mau asuransi atau gak itu terserah pemilik kendaraan..
I've only used Adira's leasing service once.. But I'm disappointed when I take BPKB, you have to pay the insurance fee.. Pdhl if it's paid off, it shouldn't be Adira's business anymore.. Whether you want insurance or not, it's up to the vehicle owner..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya jelek sekali , apalagi kolektornya . Saya cuma minta regalisir BPKB dan Foto Copy buat ngurus STNK hilang malah gak dikasih alasannya harus nunggu kolektor bagian penagihannya . Nyesel kredit di Adira mending di Kredit Plus enak minta foto copy BPKB langsung dikasih. Oiya 1 lagi waktu itu mau ngambil BPKB udah lunas disuruh bayar adminitrasi lah itu lah ini lah BPKB egk langsung dikeluarkan harus nunggu 5hari kerja , dimana" aja pelunasan langsung dikasih BPKB detik itu , lah di Adira ruwet. BANK Negeri aja kalau udh lunas langsung dikasih BPKBnya . Emg bener kata tante saya kalau kredit di Adira RUWET . Mending di leasing lain kaya Kredit Plus itu malah enak gak ruwet.

If you regret credit at Adira, it's better to Credit Plus, it's nice to ask for a photocopy of the BPKB to be given directly. Oh yes, 1 more time when I wanted to take the BPKB, it was paid off, I was told to pay for the administration, that's why this BPKB was issued, didn't have to wait for 5 working days, where, the BPKB was immediately given in that second, Adira was complicated. The State BANK, if it's paid off, will be given immediately. The BPKB is true, what my aunt said is that the credit at Adira is RUWET. It's better to use another lease, like Credit Plus, it's not complicated.
