★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekuritas yg cukup bagus.. kalau bisa ditambah lagi utk pilihan produk reksadananya, dan ditambah fasilitas bisa transfer dari rekening RDNnya..
The securities are quite good .. if you can add more for the choice of mutual fund products, and added facilities can transfer from the RDN account ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya udah pernah coba buka rekening online tp blm ada tanggapan,klau saya daftar offline ke kantornya langsung ,trus mengabaikan pendaftaran online nya nanti jd masalah g ya??
I have tried to open an online account but there has been no response, if I register offline to the office directly, then ignore the online registration it will be a problem, huh ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hendak update/mengganti Biodata No Hp Transaksi SBN Ritel, kita pikir bakal dilayani, ternyata dilempar ke Gedung Mansek di sebelahnya.
Kita pikir sampai sana juga dilayani, ternyata dilempar balik ke Bank Mandiri.
Kenapa susah sekali ya untuk mendapat Layanan.
SOP tidak jelas, Nasabah Bingung, padahal sudah nunggu di Luar, panas2an.
We wanted to update/change the Biodata of the Retail SBN Transaction cellphone number, we thought it would be served, but it was thrown at the Mansek Building next to it.
We thought that we would also be served there, but it was thrown back to Bank Mandiri.
Why is it so hard to get service?
The SOP is not clear, the customer is confused, even though it's already waiting outside, it's hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dari customer service nya bagus, ramah, cepat , dan menolong banget, dari mulai awal buka account sampai kemarin sempat komplain dibantuin telpon ke pusat, hanya aplikasinya perlu di tingkatkan, seperti menu deviden masuk, nasabah ga tau udah masuk apa belum karena ga ada di menu dan ga ada email khusus seperti sekuritas yang lain.. ga ada menu berapa kerugian dan untung kita dan banyak lagi yang perlu di tingkatkan...
The service from the customer service is good, friendly, fast, and very helpful, from the beginning of opening the account until yesterday I complained that I was assisted to call to the center, only the application needs to be improved, such as the dividend menu entered, the customer doesn't know what's already in because there isn't on the menu and there are no special e-mails like other securities ... there is no menu for how much we lose and profit and many more that need to be improved ...
