β β β β β Pikir kembali kalau mau service ke Nissan TB simatupang, pengalaman saya di bengkel resmi Nissan TB Simatupang:
1. Mempersulit customer klaim garansi oleh service advisor yang bernama agung.
2. Customer diminta kembali pulang padahal mobil belum diperiksa apapun dan Masih pukul 10 pagi.
3. Customer diminta untuk klaim garansi di tempat pembelian awal oleh service advisor yang bernama agung, setau sy merk mobil lain klaim garansi itu bisa di bengkel resmi mana saja.
4. Sebelum melayani pelanggan Service advisor nya lebih banyak ngobrol ke rekan lainnya ketimbang melayani customer padahal kondisi sedang sepi pengunjung.

1. Make it difficult for customers to claim warranty by a service advisor named Agung.
2. The customer was asked to return home even though the car had not been checked and it was still 10 am.
3. Customers are asked to make a warranty claim at the place of initial purchase by a service advisor named Agung, as far as I know, other car brands can claim the warranty at any authorized workshop.
4. Before serving customers, the service advisor talks more to other colleagues than serving customers even though the condition is empty of visitors.

Pas ditegur, nyante aja bilang..: Bpk tunggu aja, ntar jg dipanggil.., mau marah rasanya, nunggu 1 nomor aja sampae 26 menit..
