★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kami membeli dua buah air fryer dengan merek lock and lock dan ternyata salah satunya ada cacat produksi. Alat air fryer tidak bisa menutup sempurna dan lampu yang seharusnya menyala mati hidup. Sudah hampir 3 bulan kami disuruh menunggu dan sampai sekarang tidak ada kabar. bagaimana ini dengan perusahaan sebesar lock and lock? Kenapa bisa tidak menjaga kepuasan customer dengan after sales service yang memuaskan? Terus terang kami tidak puas dengan pelayanan Lock and Lock.
we bought two air fryers with the lock and lock brand and it turned out that one of them had a manufacturing defect. The air fryer couldn't close completely and the light that was supposed to be on was on and off. It's been almost 3 months we have been told to wait and until now there is no news. how about a company as big as lock and lock? Why can't you maintain customer satisfaction with satisfactory after sales service? Frankly, we are not satisfied with the Lock and Lock service.

bought frypan via shopee for 1 week there is no status update of the item to be sent, wa locknlock sm ordered ig just the same no response, it's a shame that big brands lack service. Since November 18th, until now there is no Huft delivery even though it's a gift

The service is long.. Asking for a fast response, please, regarding my product, a hand blender that is rich, it says it wants to be replaced with a new one.. why have there been no refunds so far... even though the agreement on December 3 will be sent a new one... where???
