Training di sini sangat seru, dengan tenaga pengajar/trainer yang terlatih dan mumpuni dibidang masing2. Kita dengan mudah menangkap materi yang diberikan karena penjelasan dari trainernya sangat detail dan mudah dipahami apalagi kita diajarin sampai bener-bener bisa.
Saya sangat suka sesi praktek/skill station dibagian Airway dengan Mas Firman, Initial Assessment dan Cardiac Arest Management. Sangat seru saat skill station nya, pokoknya dilatih sampai bisa lah
Cuman dibagian lifting and movingnya yang kurang banyak diexplore oleh Mas Nico.

 Pro Emergency is a training provider in Indonesia and has also become a certified training center for the American Heart Association (AHA).
The training here is very exciting, with teachers / trainers who are trained and qualified in their respective fields. We easily catch the material given because the explanation from the trainer is very detailed and easy to understand, especially if we are taught until we really can.
I really like the practical session / skill station in the Airway section with Mas Firman, Initial Assessment and Cardiac Arest Management. It's very exciting when the skill station is, just be trained until you can
But in the lifting and moving section, Mas Nico has not explored much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya ramah,tapi bagian apoteknya lamaaaaaaaaa bangettt... Padahal cm dpt 2 jenis obat yang ga perlu diracik,tp harus nunggu hampir setengah jam dgn kondisi bdn meriang... Ini kali keduanya sy berobat,sebelumnya jg sama. Masalah di bagian apoteknya,hampir salah memberikan obat. Kasus ibu sy yg berobat,sakit kolesterol dikasih obat batuk pilek,udh nunggu lamaaaa salah kasih obat pulaaaa....
Tolong ditingkatkan lagi pelayanan bagian apoteknya agar tidak dialami yg lain juga. Trims
The doctor is friendly, but the pharmacy department is sooooooo long... Even though I only got 2 types of drugs that didn't need to be mixed, but I had to wait almost half an hour with a feverish condition... This is the second time I've been treated, the previous one was the same. Problems at the pharmacy, almost giving the wrong medicine. In the case of my mother who was taking treatment, she was sick with cholesterol, she was given cough medicine for the cold, she had been waiting for a long time, she gave the wrong medicine....
Please improve the service of the pharmacy department so that others don't experience it too. thanks
