★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam pelayanan BPJS jam 09.00-16.30. pdhal sblmnya bs sampe malam.....klo nanya, petugas cewek jutek...BUMN kok pelayanan ?
 BPJS service hours are 09.00-16.30. even though previously it was possible until the evening..... if you ask, the female officer is dirty... how come the service is SOEs

Cmn tinggal ngambil obat doang nyampe harus nunggu bsk padahal resep udh di masukin kmrin .. cmn telat brpa menit aja sampe harus nunggu bsk sampe ujan²n tpi malah di tolak pdhl toko nya sepi.. Semoga aja gulung tikarlah .. Karyawan nya kena penyakit smua .. biar ngerasain gmana rasanya org sakit yg lgi butuh obat ...
The service is bad... You just need to take the medicine and you have to wait until tomorrow even though the recipe has been entered yesterday.. just a few minutes late until you have to wait until it rains, but it's turned down even though the shop is quiet.. Hopefully it's out of business.. All the employees get sick.. so you can feel what it's like for a sick person who needs medicine...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak tambahin biar tambah buruk,ganti semua yang jaga baru tak kasih bintang 5.kalau bawa mobil kesitu sambutanya mantap,tapi kalau bawa motor apalagi celana kolor disepelein.
Don't add it to make it worse, replace all the guards just don't give 5 stars. If you bring a car there, the welcome is great, but if you bring a motorbike, let alone underpants, you will ignore it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan tebus obat bpjs bukanya terlalu siang jam 9.00 dan yg antri cukup banyak setiap harinya. Semoga bisa lebih baik lagi dari kedepannya.
For the BPJS drug redemption service, it's too late at 9:00 and there are quite a lot of queues every day. Hopefully it can be even better in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan nya buruk sekali,pegawainya jutek,sangat bad attitude,mau yang cewek ataupun yang cowo!,sama aja!,pokonya mending jgn di kimia farma sukahati deh,ga rekomen bgt,yg ambil obat pake bpjs ,nunggu lama lama eh obat nya gaada,harus beli,asli ga amanah bgt kerjanya, semoga dapet hidayah deh pegawai dan staff nya!!!
the service is very bad, the employees are rude, have a very bad attitude, whether it's a girl or a boy!, it's the same!, the main thing is don't go to Kimia Farma, be happy, don't really recommend it, those who take medicine using BPJS, wait a long time, there's no medicine , you have to buy it, the original is not very trustworthy, I hope you get the guidance of the employees and staff!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agak kesal ya.. sama apoteker nya yg cewek.. orang tanya baik2.. malah nunjuk2 baca sendiri aja? gw pakai bpjs juga bayar kalii tiap bulan kelas 1..udah antrenya lama.. perlu ditraining attitude..sepertinya
I'm a bit annoyed.. with the pharmacist who is a girl.. people ask nicely.. instead just pointing to read it myself I use bpjs and pay once every month for 1st grade.. the queue is long.. need to be trained in attitude.. it seems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masing-masing orang bebas berpendapat mungkin ada yang memberi penilaian baik ataupun buruk, tapi bagi saya yg hari ini berkunjung kesana untuk membeli obat alhamdulillah di layani dengan baik.
Banyak macam obat di sini, walau ada beberapa yg stoknya sold out,
Parkiran di sini cukup luas, dan letaknya pas samping jalan raya sebrang abnormal.
Mungkin harus lebih di tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya agar penilaian orang-orang bisa lebih baik lagi, tapi bagi saya pribadi cukup baik.
Sebagai pelanggan pun kita harus bersikap baik hargai orang lain maka kita pun akan di hargai.
