β β β β β Ribet, mau berobat harus swab dulu sebelum ketemu dokter. Tapi saat ditanya swab ditanggung asuransi (astralife) atau tdk, dijawab tergantung diagnosa. Kalau ternyata tdk covid brrti biaya pribadi, seperti cari uang banget. Pdahal di klinik lain tidak pernah di suruh swab dulu.
It's complicated, if you want treatment, you have to swab first before seeing a doctor. But when asked if the swab is covered by insurance (astralife) or not, the answer depends on the diagnosis. If it turns out that it's not covid, it means personal costs, like looking for real money. Even though at other clinics they were never asked to swab first.

β β β β β Pertama kali perawatan gigi disini, menurutku pelayanan baik dan ramah. Dokter sangat edukatif, seru konsultasi dgn dr. Dita. Kemarin ambil paket couple bleaching krn lumayan lagi promo hehe. Sebelum bleaching, dicek dulu kondisi giginya krn hrs dalam kondisi bersih (tdk ada karang gigi). Dokter menjelaskan tiap proses bleaching, jd ga kerasa deh 1 jam berlalu sampai proses selesai. Hasilnya juga memuaskan, shade gigiku naik setelah dibleaching. Oiyaa pas pulang dibekelin pasta gigi juga. Btw, sebelum perawatan disini jgn lupa reservasi dulu h-1 yaa. Sekali lagi, terimakasih dr. Dita & mba ida atas pelayanan terbaiknya?
First time dental treatment here, I think the service is good and friendly. The doctor is very educative, it's fun to consult with dr. Dita. Yesterday, I took the couple bleaching package because it was quite a promo hehe. Before bleaching, first check the condition of the teeth because they must be in clean condition (no tartar). The doctor explained each bleaching process, so it doesn't feel like 1 hour has passed until the process is complete. The result is also satisfying, the shade of my teeth goes up after bleaching. Oh yeah, when I got home, I bought toothpaste too. Btw, before getting treatment here, don't forget to make a reservation, d-1. Once again, thank you dr. Dita & Ms. Ida for the best service?

β β β β β bit disappointed because the pharmacist replaced the omeprazole (as the doctor wrote on prescription) with another brand without telling me/asking to the doctor first and costs me a lot more than omeprazole.
