★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat sangat kecewa, tidak sesuai dengan perjanjian awal, sudah sebulan lebih masa statusnya masih menunggu sparepart. Bener kata reviewer bintang 1 disini. Saya approve qualitas pelayanan buruk.
 Very very disappointed, not in accordance with the initial agreement, it has been more than a month the status is still waiting for spare parts. It's true what the 1-star reviewer said here. I approve of bad service quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laptop diservis tanggal 12, dibilang waktu servis 14-30 hari kerja. Setelah kurang lebih 21 hari kerja laptop sudah siap. Motherboard yang awalnya rusak diganti tanpa biaya selama masih ada garansi, dan pelayanan yang diberikan sangat baik.
Hanya saja saya berharap dari pihak Primalayan untuk lebih aktif lagi memberitahu kondisi servicenya, agar kami tidak perlu hubungi customer service terus
The laptop was serviced on the 12th, the service time is said to be 14-30 working days. After approximately 21 working days the laptop is ready. Motherboards that were originally damaged are replaced free of charge as long as the warranty is still there, and the service provided is excellent.
It's just that I hope from Primalayan to be more active in informing the condition of the service, so that we don't have to contact customer service all the time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diinfo kalo laptop pengerjaannya 1 bulan, lalu diundur sampe 2 bulan lalu diundur lagi sampe 3 bulan kurang berapa hari, alasannya sparepartnya sedang ditanyakan, zaman udah modern kirim email atau chat ga sampe 1 menit, lalu tidak ada update pula selama service harus kita yang nanya sendiri, sangat tidak memuaskan.
It was informed that the laptop was working for 1 month, then it was postponed to 2 months, then it was postponed again to 3 months for a few days, the reason is that the spare parts are being asked for, modern times, sending email or chat doesn't last for 1 minute, then there is no update during service, we have to ask alone, very unsatisfactory.

Dibatalkan sih dibatalkan, laptop orang gk di baret juga kali.
Lama, ribet, lelet, 48 jam buat pengecekan doang. Rusak kipas minta ganti mainboard sekalian. Sama aja beli laptop baru. Perkara colokan aux. Spare parts overprice.
Edit : casing laptop saya di lem jadi nempel sehingga tidak bisa di buka untuk service selanjutnya karena ada retak. Terbaik.

Long, complicated, slow, 48 hours for checking only. Broken fan, ask to replace the mainboard as well. Just like buying a new laptop. The aux plug thing. Overpriced spare parts.
Edit: my laptop case is glued so it sticks so it can't be opened for further service because there is a crack. Best.
