★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. The place is also clean, the waiting room is nice. The customer services are kind and friendly. I came here to fix my camera, I was expecting it will be done in a week or more, but they finished it in 4 days. Great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repaired my Pixma G3000 multifunction printer. Arrived around 12:15. Doorman handed queue slip and got my unit all registered by 12:40. Repairman was helpful and showed the unit error code from printout test. No ink in the hoses. Fast service, could be faster. Gmaps showed the entrance for the wrong complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, no responsibility for customers cameras and poor customer service. They told me my camera would be fixed in 3 days and they would call me if there were any extra costs.... None of that happened. Do not recommend!

They provides you with free drinks such as milo, coffee, or just mineral water. A very comfortable place to stay while you're waiting for your gadget to be fixed.

Waiting is not a problem at all, as they are not many people are coming. The waiting area is very comfortable. The staff who handle my camera problem and the second day I came for exchange the camera have a great smile and very helpful. I LOVE THEIR SERVICE.
