β β β β β saya mau benerin laptop saya yang ngga bisa nyala. Sebelumnya laptop saya asli dan punya windows resmi. tapi setelah selesai diservis, windows saya jadi palsu yang ada tulisan warning dengan background hitam.
Saya bingung apakah ada part yang ditukar? Atau jangan" laptop saya diganti sama backup nya dia?
I want to fix my laptop that doesn't work. Previously my laptop was genuine and had official windows. but after it was finished servicing, my windows became fake and they said warning with a black background.
I am confused whether any parts are exchanged? Or don't I replace my laptop with his backup?

β β β β β Mengecewakan. Awalnya hanya mau bersihkan kipas, tetapi setelah dibersihkan malah merembet rusak kemana mana. Sangat tidak bertanggung jawab. Malah menyalahkan customer atas kerusakan yang terjadi. "Awalnya kita ga cek itu loh". Semua kerusakan yang terjadi karena kesalahan tukang servis dibebankan ke pelanggan. Seperti membayar orang untuk merusak laptop saya. Sangat tidak direkomensasi. Laptop terpaksa saya tarik kembali dalam keadaan rusak. Silahkan coba jika ingin laptop anda rusak juga.
Disappointing. Initially, I only wanted to clean the fan, but after cleaning it actually spread everywhere. Very irresponsible. Instead, blame the customer for the damage. "At first we didn't check it". All damage that occurs due to repairman error is borne by the customer. Like paying someone to break my laptop. Very not recommended. I was forced to pull the laptop back in a damaged state. Please try if you want your laptop to be damaged too.

How could that be ? My brother's laptop was actually damaged and scuffed. And NOT RESPONSIBLE. Better to take responsibility right away. No reccomend at all

My friend's laptop was brought here instead of scratching, which at first had no problem, it was added to the problem so that it was charged expensive. not a recommendation for here.

β β β β β Izin share pengalaman saya di toko ini. Pada tanggal 13 Maret 2021 saya membawa Laptop Asus ROG GL503VS saya untuk di bersihkan kipasnya di toko ini. Pekerjaan membersihkan kipas biasanya selesai dalam waktu 1-2 jam dan bisa ditunggu. Akhirnya sayapun memutuskan untuk pergi sebentar untuk membeli makan siang. Setelah saya kembali ke toko ini, saya terkejut saat melihat laptop saya dalam keadaan mati total dan tidak bisa dinyalakan. Padahal baru 30 menit yang lalu sebelum saya pergi ke toko ini laptop saya masih berfungsi dengan baik 100%. Pemilik toko dengan mudahnya bertanya kembali kepada saya "Ini kenapa komputernya tidak nyala ya?" se akan-akan itu disebabkan oleh saya. Lalu pemilik toko menawarkan untuk mengservice laptop saya yang mati total karena kesalahan mereka, tetapi saya terkejut ketika saya mendengar bahwa biaya service saya yang harus tanggung dan tidak ada pertanggung jawaban dari mereka sama sekali, se akan akan ini bukan salah mereka. Sayapun karena panik menerima tawaran tersebut dan akhirnya laptop itu di tinggal selama 1 minggu di toko. Pemilik toko akhirnya memutuskan untuk mengganti IC laptop saya dengan biaya Rp. 375.000. Namun setelah saya mau ambil barang tersebut. Sayapun kecewa karena setelah IC saya rusak, kini giliran batere saya yang mati total. Padahal sebelumnya batere saya pun dalam kondisi baik. Saya pun protes mengapa batere saya jadi tidak nyala dan salah satu pemilik toko dengan mudahnya berkata "Baterenya kita ga cek sebelumnya" lalu di tambahkan "Kata teknisi kami baterenya sudah jelek". Jadi betere saya di cek atau tidak? sangat kontradiktif, tetapi faktanya hingga saat ini batere laptop saya masih mati total. Pada body laptop saya pun terdapat lecet yang dalam, padahal sebelumnya laptop saya dalam kondisi mulus (gambar saya upload). Saya pun kehabisan kesabaran dan memutuskan untuk menarik laptop saya dalam kondisi batere rusak. Sangat mengecewakan!!!! Semoga tidak ada lagi orang yang mengalami nasib seperti saya di toko ini.
Permission to share my experience in this shop. On March 13, 2021 I brought my Asus ROG GL503VS Laptop to clean the fan in this shop. Fan cleaning work is usually completed within 1-2 hours and can be waited. Finally I also decided to go for a while to buy lunch. After I returned to this shop, I was surprised to see that my laptop was completely dead and couldn't be turned on. Even though it was only 30 minutes ago before I went to this shop my laptop was still working 100% fine. The shop owner simply asked me back "Why is the computer not working, huh?" as if it was caused by me. Then the shop owner offered to service my totally dead laptop because of their mistake, but I was surprised when I heard that it was my service fee that had to be covered and there was no responsibility from them at all, as if this was not their fault. I panicked because I accepted the offer and finally the laptop stayed for 1 week in the shop. The shop owner finally decided to replace my laptop IC at a cost of Rp. 375,000. But after I wanted to take the item. I was also disappointed because after my IC was damaged, now it is my turn for my battery to die completely. Even though before that my battery was in good condition. I also protested why my battery didn't turn on and one of the shop owners simply said "We didn't check the battery beforehand" then added "Our technician said the battery was bad". So my betere checked or not? very contradictory, but in fact until now my laptop battery is still totally dead. My laptop body also had deep blisters, even though before that my laptop was in smooth condition (I uploaded a picture). I ran out of patience and decided to pull out my laptop when the battery was damaged. Very disappointing!!!! Hopefully there are no more people who suffer my fate in this shop.
