It takes almost a month without any changes or update from the service center. even i had already got confirmation from apple service center in US that actually confirmed that i am the original mac user and my mac is legit. i am actually can proof it with proof of purchased even i bought it online. I will never come back. The technician are cocky and one of the lady customer service is very rude. i will not recommend this service center, i will not buy anything from this place. The sales persons are rude., the technician also rude and work very slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidentally dropped my airpods 2 and lost it. Right side. Went here after confirmation from whatsapp that they are able to order a replacement for idr 1.595.000
Got here, the lady said they dont offer replacement. I asked her to simply ask again and reconfirm. 5 mins she said ok. They are able to process everything. 14 days my replacement would arrive in store.
BUT, their company policy requires that i have to leave the whole airpods with the case during the 14 day wait time. This doesnt make sense at all as my other airpod is still working fine and i could still use it on my left ear.
KEEP IN MIND that being the BIGGEST apple reseller in indonesia, and the fact that they didnt stock any apple parts for repair is simply disappointing. Also, why would i need to leave my not damaged airpods there while waiting 14 days for the replacement to arrive. Oh and k had to pay the 1.595.000 up front too.
The lady seemed also didnt know what she was talking about.
Though i got what i needed, but the whole process seemed like a hassle. Ask for clarity when you come here.

because I want to buy it, it's okay to come first, ask for stock IP 13 pink, the answer is very rude, when asked about stock, the answer is don't know and there is no attempt to give other information, even when we asked for another color, they didn't answer, instead they went to get another customer,
very bad experience. I suggest going to ibox in other malls.
