★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak disiplin. Tertulis selama Ramadan buka jam 15.30, tetapi sampai 16.30 ditunggu, dokter belum datang juga. Tidak ada pemberitahuan di awal juga bahwa dokter akan datang terlambat. Alhasil, pasien menunggu lama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat baik, dokter memeriksa dengan teliti, bisa ngilangin kutil juga, petugasnya cantik-cantik dan ramah,, selama ini saya sangat nyaman periksa disini,, pasien BPJS terlayani dengan baik, gampang minta rujukan,, cuma sayang belum ada AC nya, coba ditambah AC, makin betah biarpun menunggu lama dsini,,

Baik perawat maupun dokter cekatan dan sigap dalam melayani pasien.
Ada pelayanan dokter umum maupun dokter gigi.
Mudah untuk meminta surat rujukan ke rumah sakit yang lebih besar.
Tempat mudah dijangkau, lahan parkir juga memadai.
Ruang tunggu nya tidak begitu luas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu klinik ini sangat bagus ketika dokter eki dan dokter rufita masih sering praktek, tidak bertele-tele dan sangat cepat dalam memberi penanganan..
tapi saat ini banyak DOKTER BARU yg ikut praktek disitu, malah sangat lelet dalam memberi penanganan! terlalu "banyak bicaranya" dibandingkan actionnya, padahal tujuan ke dokter agar cepat sembuh tapi malah semakin parah.
dan juga dulu bagian pendaftaran amat sangat ramah yaitu bidan rena, namun sekarang orang" baru di bagian pendaftaran sangat TIDAK RAMAH.

but nowadays there are many NEW DOCTORS who practice there, even though they are very slow in giving treatment! too much "talking" compared to the action, even though the goal is to go to the doctor to get well soon but it just gets worse.
and also in the past the registration department was very friendly, namely the midwife rena, but now the new people in the registration section are very unfriendly.
