★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya dan keluarga adalah pengguna Faskes BPJS di klinik keluarga sembada. Dari dulu sampai sekarang selalu mempercayai klinik tsb. Sampai pd tgl 21/9/20 ibu saya ke dokter gigi yg praktek di hari senin sore . Memang bukan dokter yang biasa menangani ibu. Krn sudah tidak kuat menahan sakit akhirnya ibu periksa. Tapi apa? Sudah membedah gigi atas ibu saya membius dan mencabut pinggir2nya tp endingnya bilang gabisa . Akhirnya ibu saya pulang dengan kesakitan gusi yg keluar darah terus dan dirujuk ke rumah sakit esok harinya. Bikin surat rujukan pun harus lama prosesnya bolak balik mandiri telpon rs yg diminta . Mbok tulung dibantu... Mbok ya o kalo ga mampu mending langsung dirujuk . Kasian orang tua dibeginiin mana saya jauh dari orangtua . Sebel jadinya!
 My family and I are users of the BPJS health facilities at the sembada family clinic. From the past until now, I have always trusted that clinic. Until 9/21/20 my mother went to the dentist who practices on Monday afternoon. It's not a doctor who usually treats mothers. Because I could not stand the pain, the mother finally checked. But what? Already dissecting the teeth on my mother drugged and pulled out the edges but the ending said no. Finally my mother came home with bleeding gums and was referred to the hospital the next day. Making a referral letter must also take a long process to go back and forth independently, calling the requested rs. Mbok Tulung helped ... Mbok ok if you can't afford to be immediately referred. Poor parents where I am far from parents. How annoying!

Sejauh ini saya merasa puas dengan pelayanan di klinik ini tapi hari ini jujur bagian apotek nya yang jaga sama sekali gak profesional. Ditanya jawabnya ketus padahal untuk obat saya beli sendiri karena cuma umum drpd harus antri periksa. Ya mungkin baru ada masalah tapi ya tolong klo orang tanya baek2 jawab nya jgn ketus dong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik ini sudah banyak perubahan. sekarang interior lebih bagus, ada fasilitas buat difable, ruang tunggu udah ada mainan anak, jadi pasien cilik nggak cranky pas nunggu antrian. yang kurang mungkin dokter jaga 24 jam. Kalo staf dan dokter nya menurut saya udah ramah n baik dalam pelayanan. ngurus rujukan juga cepat. Smoga ke depan makin bagus pelayanannya...
This clinic has changed a lot. now the interior is better, there are facilities for being disabled, the waiting room has kids toys, so the little patients don't crank up when they wait for the queue. which doctors may not take care of 24 hours. In my opinion the staff and doctors are friendly and good in service. referral management is also fast. Hopefully the better service in the future ...

Selama pandemi klinik tutup sementara untuk penyemprotan desinfeksi ruang pelayanan pada jam 13.30- 14.00 wib.
Bagi yang ingin periksa ke poli gigi biasanya diharap datang 1 jam sebelum jam praktek dimulai. Dan yang pasti biasanya ada batasan kuota pasien perharinya. Harap bersabar karena tidak bisa daftar untuk jadwal besoknya, harus daftar perkedatangan atau jadwal praktek.

For those who want to go to the dental clinic, they are usually expected to come 1 hour before the practice starts. And what is certain is that there is usually a limit on the daily quota of patients.
