Kurang berpengalaman.. dan anjing malah trauma.
Waktu itu minta tolong untuk kuping dog dibersihkan. Tp dipaksa2 sampai anjing trauma..
Trus obat salep gatal yg dikasih juga ga mempan.
Habis 500rb...
 So expensive, the doctor who serves not the doctor Norma has a team.
Inexperienced .. and even traumatized dogs.
It was time to ask for help to clean the dog's ears. But forced until the dog is traumatized..
Then the itching ointment that was given didn't work either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 3 days since i went to this vet for my cat to give his very first vaccination. I directed to meet drh. Norma, she is very kind, humble doctor, has good patience and genuinely answered my questions. My cat is healthy and good right now. The place has adorable stray-cats to take care of, spacious waiting room, excellent service. I'll come again to this vet for my cat's 2nd vaccination. Keep your satisfying service and good luck!
