★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat was got scabies, the ears look like crispy. It looks is so awful more into a monster. The assistant of the doctor helps me since the first time carrying the cat, to see that kind of condition, he even didn't feel disgusting or underestimated, he hugs the cat and affects it. So lovely treatment.

We went to see Dr Devi 09/10/21 because Cleo had Diarrhea. I am not writing this review to spread hate but I hope this review might help others or management to take cases more seriously next time.
Cleo came in on his first day of Diarrhea, we did not wait any longer to bring him in. He was still walking on his own & can be labelled 70% healthy because his only concern was Diarrhea.
Dr Devi said to bring him back in tomorrow to get some blood test done if he’s not doing any better by tomorrow. She gave some injection (vitamins) , anti-vomit & IV fluid. During the injection Cleo screamed and Dr said it was because the injection was painful (idk but ok i guess?).
Right after we brought him back from the vet, Cleo became worse, we are not implying anything here but stating a fact.
Around 9pm we contacted the Vet and they got back to us saying that they’re not accepting anymore pets after 9 & asked us to go to another vet in Sunter (which is closed too btw). Cleo passed away on the way to Ragunan animal hospital. Mind you, we did not see this coming at all & am still greatly shocked. How does this happen so quickly and after seeing a Doctor, really? we'll never know I guess.
I hope next time Dr DEVI could be more thorough in diagnosing & giving medications. If she could say to wait until tomorrow to get some blood test done (and not on the day we brought Cleo in), then u might have to agree that he looked fine & ok enough right? Yeah, Cleo died that very night. :)
Update: We WhatsApp them regarding Cleo's sudden death. The response? not even a single apology from the Dr nor reception. The way they replied our WhatsApp showed no empathy and remorse. Really disappointed with their overall service. Please if you have no intentions in accepting emergency patients, DONT PUT MY DOG IN AN EMERGENCY STATE.
