★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman. Pelayanan cepat. Berhubung pas kesini cuma sendirian, jadi ngga antri. Tapi saya juga ga lihat ada nomor antrian gitu, entah gimana nanti kalau sedang ramai orang mengirim paketnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman ber ac, wangi, parkir luas (berbayar tanpa karcis), pelayanan biasa saja (karena tidak ada sapaan yg bikin nyaman), petugas minim senyum cenderung jutek (oknum tertentu) namun cepat melayani. Pastikan anda saat datang langsung ambil antrian karena tidak ada petunjuk ambil antrian (harus tanya). Semoga pelayanan lebih baik lagi khususnya keramahan dan kenyamanan karena ini adalah BUMN. Tetetp semangat ??
The place is comfortable with air conditioning, smells good, parking is spacious (paid without a ticket), service is mediocre (because there's no greeting that makes you comfortable), staff who don't smile tend to be rude (certain people) but serve quickly. Make sure you come to take the queue immediately because there are no instructions to take the queue (must ask). Hopefully the service will be even better, especially the friendliness and comfort because this is a BUMN. Keep spirit
