★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dikirim dari 30April, sampai rumah 12 Mei. Padahal sesama DIY. Itupun kemarin harus kekantor dulu. Ternyata udah dibawa kurir dari tanggal 2 Mei. Lama dikurirnya. Lain kali lebih bertanggungjawab, walaupun hujan, tetap selesaikan tugasmu Pak Kurir.

Padahal ambil yang paket kilat.. saya tracking tanggal 20 sudah smpai kota tujuan, tpi smpai sekarang barang belom sampai rumah. Mau cari info, cari no telp yang bisa dihubungi gak ada.. susah untuk cari infonya.. yang jadi pertnyaan saya, yang lemot di jasa pengirimanya atau di kurirnya.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengiriman paket dari hari senin dr bandung ke piyungan, sampai di jogja tgl 16 juni. Diteruskan ke dc prambanan tgl 16 juni jg. Gimana ya ini pelayanan nya kok tidak ada perkembangan ya. Masa ngirim ke piyungan dr prambanan bisa sampe 2 hari. Bermasalah dimananya ya? Mau komplain pelayanan dimana ya? Atau apakah ada yg punya nomor kurir nya? Terimakasih.

I came here because I had tax fee that I must pay for my package, otherwise they would always deliver packages straight to my house. I have been using their service for overseas purchases and the courier has remembered my name on the back of his head ? I received notification from them about the tax fee, formally with a letter and with a phone call by the mail room handler. The reason I gave four stars is mostly because the staffs seemed a bit too slacking. It's not necessarily a bad thing, though, in the end I paid the fee and took the package home safely. The mail room handler was super nice, though. I checked that he was the one calling me about the fee, thus I have his number for future checking, I guess. I don't know what these people went through so they were so cross about the service, but I myself am pretty satisfied with their service. ?
