Saya mengirimkan paket untuk ke Belanda pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2020 dengan biaya 324 ribu untuk paket yang hanya bernilai 50rb. Isi paket yang berupa "bendera tempelan mobil" saya perlihatkan ke dua orang petugas di sana melalui foto dan di keterangan saya tuliskan "a package of indonesian souvenir made of plastic". Saya tanyakan kepada petugas di sana apakah keterangan tersebut sudah cukup dan mereka bilang cukup. Mereka juga menyampaikan bahwa seharusnya paket sampai antara 7-10 hari tapi karena covid bisa lebih. Beberapa hari setelahnya, setiap sy cek nomor trackingnya selalu nyangkut di bandara, tanpa ada konfirmasi apapun dari Pihak POS atau EMS. Nomor saya dan penerima amat sangat jelas tertera di form tersebut, dengan harapan bila ada apa-apa kami bisa dihubungi. Tanggal 28 Agustus 2020, sy di wa oleh Ibu Gisca, dari Pos Jatimakmur, dan memberitahukan bahwa kiriman ems saya yang ke belanda dikembalikan oleh bandara. karena isi kiriman tidak detail. Kiriman tidak detail bagaimana?? Sy sudah tanyakan ke dua orang petugas disana apakah keterangannya sudah cukup atau belum, dan mereka bilang sudah. Saya langsung menelepon Bu Gisca, dan beliau menyampaikan alasan yang sama bahwa keterangan tidak jelas. Saya ngak habis pikir, kalo benar bahwa keterangannya tidak jelas, kan bisa di perbaiki di awal, tinggal saya tambahkan disana dan bila pun baru disadari setelah sampai di bandara, kan bisa telpon saya, saya bisa saja datang ke bandara untuk klarifikasi. Ini masalah Profesionalitas dan kepuasan konsumen, saya amat tidak puas dengan pelayanannya. Di Era teknologi informasi yang sudah sepesat ini majunya pihak anda malah memilih untuk menunda pengiriman paket saya dibanding menghubungi saya untuk klarifikasi bila diperlukan. Sungguh tidak make sense sama sekali dan mengecewakan!!

I can't stop thinking, if it is true that the information is not clear, it can be fixed at the beginning, I just need to add it there and even if it just realized after arriving at the airport, you can call me, I can just come to the airport for clarification. This is a matter of professionalism and customer satisfaction, I am very dissatisfied with the service. In the era of information technology, which has become so fast, your side has chosen to delay the delivery of my package rather than contacting me for clarification if needed. Really doesn't make sense at all and it's disappointing !!

Tempat duduknya banyak. Jadi nggak capek menunggu. Langsung dilayani. Alhamdulillah. Tempat parkir juga luas. Tempat strategis pinggir jalan. Tersedia ATM untuk ambil uang cash. Akses ke sana juga mudah bisa naik angkot s02 atau pakai ojol atau opang. Yang nggak bisa pakai karpet Aladin. Murah kalau mau kirim paket. Lebih murah daripada saingannya yang baru seperti JNE. Sukses terus kantor pos Indonesia.

Tempat parkir luas, aman juga ada yang jagain. Security Kantor Pos ramah, nanti kalau butuh apa misal bayar sesuatu atau kirim uang bilang aja. Lalu nanti diarahin untuk isi formulir, lalu tunggu aja antrian, banyak loketnya. Tidak terlalu ramai juga, ada hand sanitizer biar bersihin tangan. Tempatnya bagus, rapih, ya kalau nunggu lama disini gamasalah juga. Pelayananya juga cepat, tellernya ramah. Mau narik atau kirim uang domestik/internasional mudah. Ada Western Union juga disini jadi semuanya gampang terintegrasi, gausah jauh-jauh, disini semua bisa.
