★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service TIDAK RAMAH, pas saya nanya paket saya dia nyalahin saya katanya paket GAGAL ANTAR karena alamat tidak lengkap trs nyuruh nelpon mandor pengirimannya sendiri. pas saya tlp mandor pengiriman katanya paket baru dateng tdi pagi dan alamatnya lengkap, customer servicenya gak tau asal aja ngomong mana ngga sopan main tutup telpon tanpa konfirmasi. di bayar buat nglayanin customer ko ogah2an. ngga tecomended
customer service is NOT FRIENDLY, when I asked for my package he blamed me, he said the package FAILED BETWEEN because the address was incomplete then told me to call the delivery foreman himself. When I called the delivery foreman he said the new package arrived in the morning and the address was complete, the customer service didn't know where to say where it is not polite to hang up the phone without confirmation. paid for serving customers, why don't you don't want to. not recommended
