★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant placed inside Garuda Indonesia Training Center, in the ground floor of a hotel called asana. Asana is not a hotel that open for public, it is owned by Garuda Indonesia. The hotel is open only for Garuda Indonesia's pilot or staff training.
I ordered 2 pastas, tuna and carbonara. They over 2 types of pasta, fettuccine or spaghetti. The tuna pasta is a little bit spicy, with chili flakes and red pepper. The carbonara pasta is creamy and cheesy. Tasty! But they made it in a very small portions. The pasta is undercooked, so it's slightly hard to chew.
Next time I should try the Pizza. I was too hungry, so I choose pasta over pizza ?
