★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang untuk pergantian kampas rem DEPAN (barangnya saya bawa sendiri). Sebelum pasang, saya tanya berapa harga pasangnya, kata bos nya 150rb kalo yang DEPAN kiri kanan, kalau mau DEPAN BLKG berarti 400rb. Lalu bos nya bertanya “apakah yang belakang mau di cek skalian sepatu rem nya?” , saya jawab “oh boleh deh, tapi paling nanti ganti nya yang depan dlu karena saya cuma bawa barang nya yang bagian depan” (saya asumsi ini tidak dikenakan biaya, karena si bos ga infoin apa2 dan sebelum nya saya sudah pergi ke 2bengkel yang berbeda, saat ngecek kondisi sepatu rem itu mereka ga kenakan biaya).
Selesai pergantian sepatu rem depan, saat saya mau bayar, bos nya kasih nota 300rb, saya bingung karena beda dengan yang dia infoin diawal yaitu 150rb. Lalu katanya, karena depan belakang dicek jadi tetap 300rb, speechless ga lu haha.
Akhirnya stelah saya protes kenapa beda dengan info diawal, dia turunin jadi 200rb, tp tetep aja beda dengan info awal.

Before installing, I asked how much it cost to install it, the boss said it was 150 thousand if the FRONT left and right, if you wanted BLKG FRONT it would be 400 thousand. Then the boss asked "do you want to check the rear brake shoes?" , I replied "oh okay, but at least I'll replace the front one first because I only brought the front item" (I assume this is free, because the boss didn't tell me anything and before that I had gone to 2 different workshops , when they check the condition of the brake shoes, they don't charge a fee).
After changing the front brake shoes, when I wanted to pay, the boss gave me a note of 300 thousand, I was confused because it was different from what he told me at the beginning, which was 150 thousand. Then he said, because the front and back were checked so it was still 300 thousand, aren't you speechless haha.
Finally, after I protested why it was different from the initial information, he lowered it to 200 thousand, but it's still different from the initial information.
