★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al Anwar adalah sebuah pesantren tua dipesisir selatan pulau jawa, tepatnya di desa maron kecamatan loano kabupaten purworejo.
Didirikan oleh KH. Muhammad 'Alim putra dari KH. Ahmad 'Alim pendiri pondok pesantren Bulus ( sekarang Al Iman Bulus ) pada pertengahan th 1800 an.
Dengan Pengasuh KH. Muhammad 'Alim, dilanjutkan KH. Syirojd lalu KR. Zainuddin Syafi'i kemudian KHR. Chamid Zain dan dilanjutkan oleh Dewan Masyayikh yg bertahan hingga sekarang.
Untuk saat ini Pon.pes Al Anwar Maron telah berkembang semakin pesat, dengan santri sebanyak 3000 orang dari seluruh indonesia, yg terdiri dari santri Salaf putra-putri, dan santri sekolah putra-putri.
Berkat sistem pendidikanya yg bermutu dan berkualitas, maka alumni PPI Al Anwar Maron telah tersebar di seluruh penjuru tanah air, dan menjadi sosok-sosok penting pejuang dakwah islam.
Al Anwar is an old pesantren on the southern coast of the island of Java, precisely in the village of maron, loano district, purworejo district.
Founded by KH. Muhammad 'Alim son of KH. Ahmad 'Alim founder of the Bulus boarding school (now Al Iman Bulus) in the mid 1800s.
With Caregiver KH. Muhammad 'Alim, continued KH. Syirojd then KR. Zainuddin Syafi'i then KHR. Chamid Zain and continued by the Masyayikh Council which survives until now.
At this time Pon.pes Al Anwar Maron has grown more rapidly, with as many as 3000 students from all over Indonesia, consisting of Salaf boys and girls, and boys and girls school students.
Thanks to a quality and quality education system, the PPI Al Anwar Maron alumni have spread throughout the country, and become important figures of Islamic da'wah fighters.
