★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat strategis, harga terjangkau, Khusus keluarga dan karyawan sehingga cukup hening, harus deposit dan siap2 dengan potongannya karena aturan ini itu, biaya cat ulang kena juga pas keluar, padahal 2 thn tinggal, intinya owner ngk mau rugi
 Strategic place, affordable prices, Especially for families and employees so it's quite quiet, you have to deposit and be prepared with the discount because of this rule, the cost of repainting is also subject to leaving, even though 2 years of living, basically the owner doesn't want to lose
