★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru 1 bulan pindah ,tapi udah betah. Tadinya sempet bikin bu kosan bingung karna ga pake survey dulu dan langsung pindah, karena buru buru juga sih ? Bu kos nya baik, temen dikosan baru juga baik dan banyak bantuin. Kalo ga kondisi pandemi sekarang, mungkin banyak yang jualan dan foodcourt karna deket kampus UMJ. tapi persis di samping kosan juga ada warteg pak kumis, makan ayam goreng sambelnya bikin ketagihan hahaha Kosan aman dan nyaman pastinya. ❤️
It's only been a month to move, but I'm comfortable. At first, I was confused because I didn't use the survey first and immediately moved, because I was in a hurry too. If there is no current pandemic, there may be many selling and food court because of the close proximity of the UMJ campus. but right next to the boarding house there is also a mustache pak mustache, eating fried chicken sambal is addictive hahaha Kosan is safe and comfortable for sure. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga kerasa sudah setahun lebih tinggal di sini. Kost nyaman banget dan ruangnya juga lega. Ada 2 tipe kamar, untuk lantai atas kamar 1 ruang dengan kamar mandi dalam. Kamar lantai bawah dibagi menjadi 3 petak dengan masing-masing ruang juga lega banget untuk anak kos yang barangnya banyak. Parkir motor juga luas. Untuk yang bawa mobil juga bisa parkir di dalam gerbang biar selalu aman. Jaringan wifi selalu lancar. Ada dapur umum & tempat jemur baju bersama. Akses ke kos juga gampang dari jalan raya. Dekat dengan kampus UMJ & sekitar kos ada beberapa yang jual makanan jadi ga bingung kalo mau cari makan.
Special thanks to Kak Linda & Umi yang selalu memastikan lingkungan kos menjadi nyaman & bersih.
I don't think I've lived here more than a year. Boarding is very comfortable and the room is also relieved. There are 2 types of rooms, for the upstairs room 1 room with bathroom inside. The downstairs room is divided into 3 compartments with each room also very spacious for boarding children with lots of items. Motorbike parking is also extensive. For those who bring a car, you can also park inside the gate so that it is always safe. WiFi network is always smooth. There is a public kitchen & a shared sunroom. Access to boarding is also easy from the highway. Close to the UMJ campus & around the boarding house there are some that sell food so don't be confused if you want to find food.
