★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama ke sini bikin SKCK. Alhamdulillah pelayanannya bagus. Biaya adm 30rb masuk kas negara ??
Yang mau bikin SKCK persyaratannya:
- fotokopi KTP (1)
- fotokopi kartu keluarga (1)
- fotokopi akta kelahiran / ijazah (1)
- foto 4x6 BACKGROUND MERAH (4)
Yg mau perpanjang persyaratannya sama kayak di atas, plus bawa SKCK lama
Pastikan: fotonya background merah, gaya foto lurus jangan selfie? (asli pas kesini ada yg fotonya dibalikin krn kayak foto selfie?)
Alur:
- Taruh berkas di loket
- tunggu dipanggil, setelah dipanggil serahkan uang administrasi (30rb), nanti dikasih form, isi.
- serahkan lagi form yg sudah diisi ke loket
- tunggu dipanggil
- setelah dipanggil dan SKCK diberikan, SKCK nya difotokopi biasanya 5 lembar untuk dilegalisir (ada fotokopian terdekat kok)
- fotokopian SKCK diserahkan kembali ke loket
- tunggu proses legalisir selesai
- yoi, udah deh, kelar ??

- photocopy of ID card (1)
- photocopy of family card (1)
- photocopy of birth certificate / diploma (1)
- 4x6 photo RED BACKGROUND (4)

Make sure: the photo has a red background, the style of the photo is straight, don't selfie? (the original one is right here, the photo is reversed because it looks like a selfie? photo)
Plot:
- Place the file at the counter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pak tolong lah polisi lalu lintas nya keluar dari Polsek supaya jalan jadi teratur dan gk macet lagi dan 1 lagi nih tolong lah lakukan razia supaya motor yang knalpot nya berisik tolong tilang pak saya terganggu Ama motor suara knalpot nya berisik dan tetangga saya jg pake knalpot berisik jadi terganggu banget lah

Kemarin di hari Kamis saya membuat pengajuan pembuatan SKCK via online, besoknya di hari Jumat saya datang ke Polsek Cisoka teryata PRINTERnya rusak dan tidak bisa melayani pembuatan SKCK.
Pertanyaan: Saya sempat bertanya2 dengan petugasnya mengenai pembuatan SKCK via online apakah saya datang tinggal mengambil hasilnya..??
Jawabannya nanti pengambilan SKCK tetap harus bawa surat2 utk persyaratannya seperti:
1. FC KTP
2. FC Akte
3. FC KK dll.
Saya kan sudah mengisi formulir pendaftaran pembuatan SKCK mengapa harus ttp bawa suratnya..??
Jawabannya: di form online untuk ke pusat Polsek juga tetap minta berkas persyaratannya.
Masukan dari saya kalau pengajuan online tidak perlu membawa berkas lagi cukup print saja, lebih bagus lagi klu hasilnya kirim file via email. Lebih menghemat waktu & biyaya ongkos, kalaupun ada biyaya pembuatan SKCK via transfer ke rekening bank yg di tujukan.. soalnya pembuatan via online lumayan ribet, terimakasih semoga kedepannya pelayananya di polsek2 lebih baik lagi..

Yesterday on Thursday I made an online application for making SKCK, the next Friday on Friday I came to the Cisoka Police Station and it turned out that the PRINTER was broken and could not serve the making of the SKCK.
Question: I had time to ask the staff about making SKCK via online, do I come and just take the results..??
The answer is that later on taking the SKCK, you still have to bring the documents for the requirements, such as:
1. FC ID
2. FC Act
3. FC KK etc.
I've already filled out the registration form for making SKCK why do I have to bring the letter...??
The answer: in the online form to go to the Polsek center, they still ask for the required documents.
My input is that if you submit an online application, you don't need to bring the file anymore, just print it out, it's even better if the results are sent via email. It saves more time & costs, even if there is a fee for making SKCK via transfer to the designated bank account ... the problem is making via online is quite complicated, thank you, hopefully in the future the service at the Polsek2 will be even better..

sampe sana sekitar jam 10an
tanya ke petugas di loket ternyata kuotanya sudah habis (fyi: kata petugas per-hari kuota pembuatan SKCK hanya 50 orang)
hari kerja senin sampai jumat
jadi diharapkan yang mau buat SKCK mending datang pagi2 sebelum kehabisan kuota.
Akhirnya saya langsung ke Polres Tangerang di Puspem Kab.Tangerang
syarat pembuatan SKCK:
1 lembar foto copy KTP
1 lembar foto copy KK
1 lembar foto copy Akte Lahir (kalo tidak ada akte bisa pakai foto copy ijazah)
Pas foto ukuran 4x6 latar belakang merah (3 lembar)
Proses pembuatannya cepat, tergantung dari jumlah antrian.

batas pendaftaran hanya sampai jam 14:00
