In the past, the service was really ok, but it's getting lower over time, hopefully it can be maintained again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hanya laundry pakaian 1 bungkus dan sudah jelas di wa mintanya paket apa tapi setelah cucianndijemput malah ditanya terus mau pake layanan cuci apa lalu yg paling parah adalah setelah cucian di pick up jam 11 siang , jam stengah 9 malam ditanya lagi " bu ini bajunya mau dicuci ato setrika doang?? , krn bajunya sudah wangi sekali nih bu "
astaga saya bener" ga habis pikir dengan layanan laundry yg 1 ini
no wa yg komunikasi dng sy juga smp 3 nomor
lalu komunikasi yg 1 nomor dng nomor lain simpang siur
sy sudah akan keluar hotel tp smp pk 12.30 cucian belum diantar kembali ke saya pdhl sy minta paket yg plg ok di iklan mereka
sy sungguh tidak merekomendasi memakai jasa laundry ini , pengalaman sy sgt tidak puas
only 1 pack of laundry clothes and it was clear what package I asked for but after the laundry was picked up, I was asked to continue to use what washing service then the worst was after the laundry was picked up at 11 noon, at midnight 9 at night I was asked again "Ma'am, this clothes want to be washed or just iron ??, because the clothes already smell good, ma'am "
oh my gosh I'm right "I don't think about this one laundry service
no wa the one who communicates with me is also 3 numbers
then communication that is 1 number with another number is confusing
I'm already going out of the hotel but at 12.30 the laundry hasn't been delivered back to me, but I asked for a package that was ok in their ad
I really don't recommend using this laundry service, my experience is really not satisfied
