★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk..pencairan bansos bpum yg harusnya terdaftar hr ini,tp diundur smpai bulan september krn alasanya offline dll..uang dr pmerintah sdh cair buat bantuan umkm masyrakat kecil malah dipersulit sma oknum pegawai tersebut..pindah ke kcp serpong bisa proses hari ini juga sesuai tgl reservasi..pecat aja kl mempersulit rakyat kecil..pegawai kcp serpong GOOD melayanin masyarakat kecil..usulan pecat pegawai kcp cisauk serpong garden

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau cairin bsu susah bgt ya ke bank bri cabang ini tuh sudah 3hari ke bank ini dan securitynya tidak bilang kalau harus pagi2 sekali untuk daftar, dan dijanjikan pasti bisa diesok harinya.. its so wasting time bgt ampun deh dihari ke 3 saya minta nomer antrian agar tidak habis lagi tetapi tidak bisa dan securitynya yg jaga dan melayani nasabah maskernya dibuka dan sambil merokok??♀️
It's really difficult to pay BSU to this branch of the BRI bank, it's been 3 days at this bank and the security didn't say that you had to register early in the morning, and promised that it would be the next day... its so wasting time, sorry, on the 3rd day I asked for a queue number so that it doesn't run out again but it can't and the security who guards and serves customers the masks are opened and while smoking ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat lambat. Datang jam 9 dan jam 2 baru dapat giliran, saat sudah di cs sistem tidak bisa. Sangat mengecewakan. Tolong diperbaiki lagi dalam pelayanannya.
