★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali naik bus po.santoso dititik keberangkatan ini sangat mengecewakan......cs wanita paruh baya dengan rambut pendek keriting sangat tidak sopan dan tidak memiliki keramahan ketika saya menelpon dan berbicara tatap muka dan saya membeli tiket secara online hanya disuruh menunggu dan bus dengan seri yg ada pada e ticket saya tidak ada dan masih disuruh menunggu sampai lebih dari 5 jam...dan setelah itu mereka lepas tangan dan tidak mau bertanggung jawab karna kejadian ini saya pun gagal pergi
 First time taking a bus at po.santoso at the departure point was very disappointing ...... cs middle-aged woman with short curly hair was very rude and did not have hospitality when I called and talked face to face and I bought tickets online just told to wait and the bus with the series on my e-ticket was not there and was told to wait for more than 5 hours ... and after that they took their hands off and didn't want to take responsibility because of this incident I failed
