★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Agent I visited, didn't gave me a chance to choose class. I want to order a VIP or executive class, but they gave me Economy class instead. Their reason, because I ask for a certain hour, and that the only bus available. If they explain that earlier to me, I'll be glad to change my schedule. Well..
On the other hand, the driver and crew was very kind. Especially to my 6 yo niece. This was her first long trip by bus, and she have a nice experience. So, plus point for the driver and crew.
