★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penilaian bintang -100, agent bus ini benar2 engga bertanggung jawab,, contact person nya dihubungin susah, pas diangkat, ditengah pembicaraan malah ditutup... SANGAT TIDAK DISARANKAN NAIK BUS SANSTOSO!!!!!!!!!
-100 star rating, this bus agent is really irresponsible, the contact person is difficult to contact, when picked up, in the middle of the conversation they are closed... STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO TAKE THE SANSTOSO BUS!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo ada yg jauh lebih buruk dari bintang satu aku kasih. Perjalanan Dr Depok ke jogja bud mogok di Indramayu Dr jam set 12 malam sampai subuh penumpang di telantarkan. Jangan pernah naik bus ini.
If there is something much worse than one star I will give it. Dr. Depok's trip to Jogja Bud broke down in Indramayu Dr. at 12 pm until dawn, the passengers were abandoned. Never take this bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mengenal bus Santoso dari tahun 1999 waktu perjalanan ke pulau Bali tapi waktu keberankatan pukul 20.00 molor sampe pukul 22.00 no reason karena memang bus tersebut tidak profesional kemudian di tahun 2021 saya mau perjalanan ke Bekasi dapat bus santoso ulang dari pengalaman PAHIT saya kayak trauma ternyata memang benar dari agen di terminal Borobudur di jemput dengan bus Santoso seri Hino lumanayan agak kelihatan baru dan Bagus bus tsb. Tapi waktu sampe perwakilan bus santoso yang di magelang di ganti dengan bus santoso yang santan jelek dari sisi semuanya mulai kopi & teh tidak ada kemudian snack yang cenderung asal"an kemudian di tambah waktu jam makan malam di daerah Bukit Indah yang nota bene makanan juga asal" an dengan cost 12 rb menurut pegawai di sana. Perjalanan saya dengan bus Santoso dari magelang ke bekasi itu dengan harga 200.rb x 2 orang bagaimana mutu pengelola bus bisa bagus kalo pelayanan sangat BURUK gak selevel GUNUNG HARTA harga sama tapi pelayanan sangat berbeda hendaknya pengelola ikut kayak Gunung Harta yang bagus dalam pelayanan harga sih sama tapi beda nya sangat jauh . owh ya ...tiket saya dari magelang ke bekasi tgl 11 oktober 2021pake bus santoso seri E bus yang jelek semuanya gak seperti Gunung Harta yang mantul semuanya

But when we arrived at the Santoso bus representative in Magelang, it was replaced with a Santoso bus with bad coconut milk. Everything started from coffee & tea, there were no snacks, then snacks that tended to be random, then added dinner time in the Bukit Indah area which in fact the food was also original. "an at a cost of 12 thousand according to the employee there. My trip by bus Santoso from Magelang to Bekasi at a price of 200.rb x 2 people how can the quality of the bus manager be good if the service is very BAD not at the same level as MOUNTAIN HARTA, the price is the same but the service is very different, the manager should follow like Gunung Harta, which is good in price service anyway same but very different. oh yeah ... my ticket from Magelang to Bekasi on 11 october 2021 using the Santoso bus, the series E bus, which is bad, everything is not like Mount Harta, which is all bounce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was annoying, no seat number was given, ask the driver when boarding, he said; then the driver said, no, seat number is the responsibility of the agent; the old lady asked me to call travelok* for the seat: crazy!
They asked passenger to arrive 2pm while the bus just arrive 3pm; 1 hour waiting, and you know what? They do not provide the passengers with a waiting lounge
