Every year the bus doesn't have an increase in buses which are less comfortable compared to other POs.

Percuma ada tiket kalau akhirnya harus dapat kursi bagian belakang.di tiket tertulis no kursi tapi penumpang duduk seenaknya dan petugas hanya melihat saja.kami membawa bayi tapi petugas seperti tidak peduli.
I feel disappointed with the service, the ticket was bought but could not be seated. It's useless if there is a ticket if you finally have to get a back seat. The ticket says there is no seat but the passenger sits arbitrarily and the officer just watches. We bring the baby but the officer doesn't seem to care.
