Berada di terminal lantai 2
Yang terminalnga kurang ke urus banget,kotor n cenderung jorok,baunya pun gak enak
Hhhhmmm the office is simple,
Located on the 2nd floor terminal
The terminal one doesn't really take care of it, it's dirty n tends to be dirty, it doesn't smell good either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk. Jadwal berangkat seharusnya jam 11.45. Terjadi keterlambatan karena bis masih diservice di Solo. Tidak ada kejelasan batas waktu menunggu. Pokoknya sangat tidak direkomendasikan. Terima kasih
Very bad service. The departure time should be 11:45. There was a delay because the bus was still being serviced in Solo. There is no clear waiting time limit. Anyway, highly not recommended. thank you

-jam berangkat ngaret, apapun alasannya tidak komitmen
-jam sampai juga ngaret estimasi jam 4 pagi nyampai 4 sore
Tidak komitmen lagi dengan jadwal
-pesan di aplikasi 21 pas di busnya 25
-tiket eksekutif dapat kyk ekonomi
-staff bus dan staff agen kurang ramah
My worst experience using inter-provincial buses
- the time to leave is late, whatever the reason is not committed
-The clock arrives at an estimated time of 4 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon
No more commitment to schedule
-order on the 21 application when the bus is 25
-executive ticket can look like economy
- bus staff and agent staff are not friendly
