bgtupun sbaliknya muntilan-klari karawang
tidak ada kendala,aman,nyaman,lancar, dapet makan.
tapi...baru kali ini mau balik dari muntilan tujuan cikarang lippo
naik murni jaya,, ,
bus nya bau pesing, bikin ga nyaman.. dan ga dapet makan.. .harus beli (ga bisa pake kupon).

no problems, safe, comfortable, smooth, get food.
But... this is the first time I want to come back from muntilan destination Cikarang Lippo
ride pure jaya,,,,
the bus smells of urine, makes it uncomfortable.. and can't get food... you have to buy it (can't use coupons).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry bintang 3,jujur orang agennya cuek banget. Ya bolehlah sibuk, setidaknya kalo ada cust tanya lihat orangnya jangan cuek fokus sama hp,jadi kayak cust ga di layani dengan baik. Terus kenapa murni jalannya pelannnnnnnnnn banget sih skrg ,, biasanya aku gapernah pusing naik bus,jujur naik murni pusing banget. Semoga lebih baik lagi kedepannya
Sorry for the 3 stars, to be honest the agents are really ignorant. Yes, it's okay to be busy, at least if there is a customer asking to see the person, don't be indifferent to focusing on the cellphone, so it's like the customer is not served properly. Then why is the road really slow now,, usually I never get dizzy on the bus, to be honest going up is really really dizzy. I hope it will be better in the future

Tapi bener bener uda di bikin kecewa sampai 2 kali.
Pertama berangkat pagi jam 8 sampai tujuan jam 12 malem gegara bis mogok. Padahal normalnya cuma 8 jam.
Yang kedua naik dari agen uda di kasih nomor bangku, tapi pas naik bis tempat duduk acak. Orang pada duduk ga sesuai sama nomornya, pas di aduin ke kernet nya malah bilang gapapa.
Mohon untuk sopir maupun kenek untuk ketegasan kepada penumpang masalah nomor bangku.

But it's really been disappointed up to 2 times.
First leave in the morning at 8 until the destination at 12 at night because the bus broke down. Though normally only 8 hours.
The second ride from the agent has been given a seat number, but when you get on the bus the seats are random. The person sitting doesn't match the number, when they are brought to the desk, they even say it's okay.
Please ask the driver and the driver to be firm with the passengers regarding the seat number issue.
