★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Langganan gw kalo plng ke Bima-NTB *sejak 2008. Gak bakalan nyesel. Soalnya customer service-nya bagus, kalo yg ke NTB biasanya dapet jatah makan 3x sehari. Makannya pun prasmanan di restoran, kadang jg catering (1x pas di Bali/mau brngkt dikasih snack) tp lbh sering di restoran. Busnya jg bagus, nyaman, bersih, disediain tempat sampah jg.. +selimut jd gk usah takut kedinginan kalo perjalanannya malem. O iya, gak cuman tujuan ke NTB, tapi ada jg buat yg ke daerah Jogja, Jatim, & Jateng.
I have subscribed to Bima-NTB * since 2008. I won't regret it. The problem is that the customer service is good, if you go to NTB you will usually get three meals a day. Even the buffet food at the restaurant, sometimes also catering (1x right in Bali / want to be given snacks) but more often in restaurants. The bus is also good, comfortable, clean, also provided with trash bins ... + blankets so there's no need to be afraid of being cold if the trip is late. Oh yeah, it's not just going to NTB, but there are also those who go to Jogja, East Java & Central Java.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat buruk, perjalanan Denpasar 30 maret 19 pk. 15.00 ke Jakarta, yg semestinya tiba 31 maret 19 pk 17.00. 3 kali Mogok, minta ganti Bus tidak di tanggapi, sampai saat ini tgl 1 April 2019, pk 00.20 Bus baru sampai karawang, dengan kondisi Ac Mati, tidak ada siklus udara, semoga saat sampai di jakarta di berikan kompensasi oleh pihak terkait,
