★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak ontime sama sekali, pelayanan buruk, dioper bus lain dg kondisi sangat ramai dan tidak dapat tempat duduk. Dengan harga segitu sangat tidak worth it. Ga akan pakai jasa ini lagi
 Not ontime at all, bad service, passed by another bus in very crowded conditions and couldn't get a seat. At that price, it's not really worth it. Will not use this service again

Tempat terlalu sempit,kursi sudah tidak layak
Pelayanan secara personal bagus dan ramah
Saran :
utk ditingkatkan dari segi ruang dan dan tempat duduk karena secara fisik bus sudah bagus.biar penumpang yg menunggu merasa nyaman
sistem administrasi data di dalam bis sudah bagus dan detail
untuk kenyamanan di dalam perjalanan,sangat bagus..karena bus nya mercy,pasti nyaman
driver juga halus bawanya
secara global,recomended sekali utk mencoba bus ini dlm perjalanan anda
The transit place is combined with other bus passengers, so it's less comfortable
The place is too narrow, the seats are not worth it
Personal service is good and friendly
Suggestion :
to be improved in terms of space and seating because physically the bus is good. so that waiting passengers feel comfortable
the data administration system on the bus is good and detailed
for comfort on the way, very good ... because the bus is mercy, it must be comfortable
the driver is also smooth with it
globally, highly recommended to try this bus on your trip
