★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya po zentrum layak mendpt bintang lima, tp krn layanannya kurang memuaskan thdp pelanggan menjadi nggak layak, sy naik mobil zentrum eksekutive dari grogol jurusan petarukan pemalang dgn harga rp 120.000 tp giliran waktu jam makan sy nggak dpt jatah makan, dan ada bbrp orng yg nggak dpt jatah makan, knp bisa seperti itu? Saat beli tiket tdk ada penjelasan, utk para calon pelanggan sebaiknya berhati2 spy tdk mendpt malu,alangkah baiknya sebelum byr ongkos terlebih dahulu dipastikan apa sj yg menjadi pasilitasnya, belum lg dijanjikan berangkat jam 3 tp faktanya berangkat jam 5.50, kayaknya hidup seperti dizaman dulu ya he he he
Actually, the Zenentrum deserves to get five stars, but because the service is not satisfying for customers to be unworthy, I took an exclusive Zentrum car from Grogol to the Barrier Barrier route with a price of Rp. can eat ration, why can it be like that? When buying a ticket there is no explanation, for prospective customers should be careful spy can not be ashamed, it would be nice before the cost of first ascertained what sj who became the facility, not yet promised to leave at 3 tp but in fact leave at 5.50, it seems to live like in the old days yes Hehehe

The bus doesn't match, the ticket seller is not responsible, it's stupid because I ordered first, but the bus departure time changed and my bus ticket was forfeited, that's not true, the agent is sneaky
