Untuk teman2 bisa titip kendaraan jika ingin pulang kampung dan kembali lagi, tapi untuk kendaraan roda dua (motor) bukan untuk mobil karena tidak bisa.

Tempat tunggunya cukup enak, banyak tempat duduknya, ada jual minuman dingin.
Bus nya bagus2, banyak pilihan kelas mulai dari Patas sampai Super Executive.
Mungkin perlu ditingkatkan untuk personel yang jaga loket.
Kurang ramah dan terlalu jutek.
Harapan Jaya Bus Agent in Bitung.
The waiting area is quite nice, there are lots of seats, there are cold drinks for sale.
The buses are good, there are many class choices ranging from Patas to Super Executive.
Might need to improve for the personnel manning the counter.
Not friendly and too rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam 8 pagi tepatnya tgl 3 September 2020 saya menelepon Kantor Harapan Jaya Cikupa ke No. 081280991450 untuk menanyakan perihal tarif pengiriman paket dari Cikupa tujuan ke kota Tulungagung, saya memberikan keterangan lengkap pada waktu itu bahwa paket yang saya kirim adalah mainan mobilan dengan baterai, saya juga memberikan keterangan lengkap berikut ukuran dan beratnya, lalu orang kantor memberikan jawaban bahwa paket saya tinggal dikalikan saja Rp. 4000/kg. Lalu saya tegaskan lagi kalau paket saya berat maksimalnya 40kg berarti x Rp.4000 = Rp. 160.000 lalu di jawab iya oleh pihak kantor Harapan Jaya.
Melalui jawaban tersebut saya memberikan informasi kepada pelanggan saya bahwa harga paket di Harapan Jaya maksimal Rp. 160.000. Lalu customer saya setuju dan sudah membayar lunas ongkos paket tersebut. Namun begitu sampai di lokasi tepatnya Pool Harapan Jaya saya Kaget ternyata tarifnya nya Rp. 500.000 paling murah Rp. 400.000, kata petugasnya karena itu mobil mainan dengan baterai. Padahal saya udah jelaskan di telepon bahwa itu mobil mainan pakai baterai. Saya sangat kesal waktu itu.
Mereka bukannya minta maaf malah suruh saya ngecek di PO lain berapa biayanya.
Ahkirnya saya ke PO. Rosalia Express sebelahnya Harapan Jaya. Dan disana dihitung paket saya dengan sangat akurat berikut asuransinya dan saya hanya cukup membayar Rp. 153.000 sampai tujuan Tulungagung.
Mohon ditingkatkan profesionalismenya, terutama yang jaga di kantor. Terima kasih.

Through this answer I informed my customer that the package price in Harapan Jaya was a maximum of Rp. 160,000. Then my customer agreed and paid the package fee in full. However, when I arrived at the exact location of the Harapan Jaya Pool, I was shocked that the fare was Rp. 500,000 for the cheapest Rp. 400,000, the officer said because it was a toy car with batteries. Even though I explained on the phone that it was a toy car with batteries. I was very upset at that time.
Instead of apologizing, they told me to check at another PO how much it costs.
Finally I went to PO. Rosalia Express next to Harapan Jaya. And there my package was calculated very accurately along with the insurance and I only paid Rp. 153,000 to the destination Tulungagung.
