★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ngk ramah,ngk sopan pas ditanya posisi bus nya,laki2 paru baya yg jaga songgong,,ngk ada pelayanan yg memadai.mereka hanya mau uang ,,hbis itu seperti tidak ada urusan sama sekali sama penumpang...minggu kemarin saya menunggu di po tsb....emng sih bus yg saya naiki bukan adhi prima,,.yg saya tunggu bus putra raflesia,,tapi kan mereka satu agen satu loket..wajar jika saya menanyakan posisi bus yg saya tunggu..so saya menunggu dari jam 10 pagi hingga jam 3 sore...
not friendly, not polite when asked about the position of the bus, middle-aged lung men who guard Songgong ,, there is no adequate service. they just want money ,, hbis it's like there is no business at all with passengers ... last week I waited at the post tsb .... emng the bus that I ride is not adhi prima ,,, I am waiting for the raflesia men's bus ,, but they are one agent one ticket window ... it is fair if I ask the bus position that I am waiting for ... so I wait from the hour 10 am to 3 pm ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi cukup strategis, mudah dijangkau jalanan nya mudah ga susah untuk dicari saat menggunakan google maps, dan yg terpenting jg lokasinya bebas dr razia polisi hehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ibu saya baru di balaraja malah dioper ke bus lain, beda PO pula. dan dapet duduk dibelakang, padahal pesan sudah jauh hari agar bisa dapat tempat duduk yang nyaman. sungguh kecewa dan gak profesional saya pikir.
my mother was only in balaraja instead it was passed to another bus, different PO too. and can sit behind, even though the message is already far in order to get a comfortable seat. really disappointed and not professional I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letaknya di seberang SPBU, nyaman karena Ruang tunggunya ber AC ada TV lagi. Bis nya jg oke yg ke Palembang, ada dispensernya jadi bisa minum kopi makan popmie dalam bis.
