Pilih klinik ini karena buka 24 jam jadi bisa periksa saat pagi buta atau waktu sepi lainnya. Tipsnya, jangan datang atau periksa saat ganti shift karena pasti ditolak atau disuruh nunggu. Prinsip ada harga ada rupa juga berlaku dalam layanan kesehatan.
Choose this clinic because it is open 24 hours so you can check it in the early morning or other quiet times. Tips, do not come or check when changing shifts because it must be rejected or told to wait. The principle that there is a price in the form also applies to health services.

Katanya 24 jam kok ada jeda 1 jam pergantian shift, apa tidak bisa dibuat dokter pengganti datang shift sebelumnya selesai? bahkan sebelum 1 jam pun sudah berani menolak pasien, orang sakit kok suruh MENUNGGU, Tolong diperbaiki supaya yang katanya 24 jam ya biar benar benar 24 jam
He said 24 hours why there is a break of 1 hour shifts, can't the substitute doctor make it come before the shift is finished? Even before 1 hour they have the courage to refuse patients, how come they are told to WAIT, Please correct so that what they say is 24 hours, so it's really 24 hours.

Payah dan Parah, pelayanannya bagus cuma dokter jaganya msh muda tapi kayak g punya etika sama pasien, tidak membuat nyaman pasien. Terkesan jutek dan kaku,,, padahal kenyamanan sangat penting bagi kesembuhan pasien.
Poor and bad, the service is good, only the doctor on duty is still young but like he doesn't have ethics with the patient, it doesn't make the patient comfortable. Impressed dirty and stiff ,,, even though comfort is very important for the patient's recovery.

bisa melayani 24jam, sementara di masa pandemi melayani jm 8pagi s/d jam 8mlm
can serve 24 hours, while during the pandemic it serves from 8 am to 8 pm

banyak terimakasih drg Gumilang... 1 bulan sy merasakan sakit gigi yg luar biasa smp akhirnya dirujuk ke RSI klaten. terimakasih sudah show bicara dg nada tinggi penuh emosi...menganggap pasien gk ngerti2 penjelasanmu...maksa bgtt pasien utk terima diagnosamu...akhirnya...1 bln pasien merasakan sakit luar biasa dr giginya stlh ditambal... dan menolak utk melayani pasien tsb lagi,disuruhnya ke dokter lain ajah...krn pasien tsb gk mau terima diagnosamu... bersyukur ada dokter ke 2 yg melanjutkannya...smp akhirnya dirujuk k RSI ...trims dokter ke 2...awal nya dokter ke 2 punya diagnosa sama dgnmu...pasienpun manut...krn takut dimarah lagi & mutung gk mau melayani...(bukannya gk mau terima dok,masalahnya...pasien msh merasakan kesakitan dr gigi yg sdh ditambal....dan benar adanya smp berlanjut terus selama 1 bln&rasa sakitnya makin menjadi) begitu kah profesional bekerjamu dok.. sisi positifmu jd tenggelam dok... sebab nila setitik jd rusak susu sebelanga... smg ke depan jd lbh baik ya dok...gk emosian..diagnosa gk mentok...jd keluhan pasien bisa teratasi sesuai dg sakitnya...
many thanks drg Gumilang... 1 month I felt a tremendous toothache until finally referred to RSI klaten. thank you for speaking in a high-pitched voice full of emotion...assuming the patient doesn't understand your explanation...forcing the patient to accept your diagnosis...finally...1 month the patient felt excruciating pain from his teeth after the filling... and refuses to serve the patient again, he is told to go to another doctor... because the patient doesn't want to accept your diagnosis... grateful that there was a 2nd doctor who continued it...smp was finally referred to the RSI...thanks to the 2nd doctor...at first the 2nd doctor had the same diagnosis as you...the patient obeyed...because he was afraid to be angry again & didn't want to serving... (not that I don't want to accept the doc, the problem is... the patient still feels pain from the tooth that has been filled....and it's true that the middle school continues for 1 month & the pain is getting worse) that's how professional you work doc.. your positive side is sinking doc... because a speck of tilapia is damaged by a can of milk... hopefully in the future it will be better, doc... not emotional.. the diagnosis isn't stuck... so the patient's complaints can be resolved according to the pain...

PMI ini adalah faskes pertama saya pilih karena stand by 24 jam. Pelayanan ok, cepat tertangani. Ada rawat inap juga.
This PMI is the first health facility I chose because it is stand by 24 hours. Service ok, quickly handled. There is an inpatient too.

Pelayanannya lama banget, begitu masuk ruang periksa apes banget dapet dokter yang ketus. Waktu orangtua mau majuin kursi dilarang, ya gapapa sih dilarang tapi harusnya ngomong bukan isyarat pake tangan kayak ngusir ayam:( nada bicaranya juga tidak ramah terhadap pasien huhu saya juga tidak diperiksa dengan baik hanya ditanya tanyai dan ternyata salah diagnosa:( tolong lain kali ditingkatkan pelayanannya
The service took a very long time, as soon as I entered the examination room, it was really bad to get a curt doctor. When parents want to move chairs, they are prohibited, that's okay, it's forbidden but they shouldn't be using their hands like a gesture like pushing a chicken away :( the tone of voice is also not friendly to patients huhu I wasn't checked properly, I was only asked questions and it turned out to be a wrong diagnosis :( please improve next time service
