Ruangan untuk prndaftaran haji dan umrah sangat panasss, ac cuma 1 kayaknya mati juga, berasa sauna ?

Kesini waktu mau ngurus daftar Haji, pelayanannya bagus, staff ramah semua, parkir gratis ?

Pengalaman saya ke kantor ini terkait pendaftaran utk haji.. So far, cukup bagus.. Ruang validasi di depan cukup representatif, ruang siskohat juga bagus.. Ruang berAC, penjelasan petugas juga cukup baik.. Semoga bisa selalu meningkat

Pelayanan haji dan umrah disini sangat membantu dan helpful sekali. Saya mengurus pelimpahan porsi haji dari alm. Papa menjadi atas nama saya dibantu petugas dan petugasnya memberitahu dokumen apa saja yang diperlukan. Beberapa bulan kemudian dipanggil untuk melakukan pengambilan data biometrik untuk porsi haji saya. Mungkin prosesnya lama karena file-file harus dikirim ke Kemenag provinsi. Tapi overall prosesnya cepat dan petugasnya ramah dan membantu sekali. Terimakasih
Hajj and Umrah services here are very helpful and very helpful. I take care of the delegation of the hajj portion of the late. Pelayanan perlu masih ditingkatkan. Misalnya di antrian foto. Tidak ada nomor antriannya. Sehingga dimungkinkan yang datang belakangan didahulukan. Atau sebenarnya ada namun tidak dipakai. Sikap profesional personil juga perlu ditingkatkan. Seperti keseriusan dalam menjaga protokol kesehatan. Antrian tampak menumpuk namun tidak ada tindakan pencegahan. Dan kurangnya disiplin dalam memakai masker. Namun beberapa personil menunjukkan sikap yang sudah baik: keramahan, komunikatif. Disediakan minuman sambil menunggu antrian: teh, kopi, air putih. Ada survey kepuasan pelanggan juga.
Services need to be improved. For example in the photo queue. There is no queue number. So it is possible that the latter came first. Or actually it exists but is not used. The professional attitude of personnel also needs to be improved. Such as seriousness in maintaining health protocol. The queue seemed to pile up but there were no precautions. And a lack of discipline in wearing masks. However, some of the personnel showed an already good attitude: friendly, communicative. Drinks are provided while waiting in line: tea, coffee, water. There are customer satisfaction surveys as well.
