β β β β β Pelayanan apa, percuma lu cantumi no kontak. Tp malah gak bisa di hubungi. Hari Minggu kok libur, inget...lu tuh kantor pelayanan. Harusnya ada yg standby untuk suatu telp. Ini di telp malah gak aktif??
What service, it's useless, you can enter the contact number. But it can't even be contacted. How come Sundays are off, remember ... you are the service office. There should be someone on standby for a phone. This is on the phone instead of being active??

β β β β β Kacau Ini pasang listrik meteran tagihan nya ngebludak. Rumah gubuk kayu isi cuma tv, kipas,lampu, magicom perbulan bisa 500rb malah bulan ini 600rb. Parah bgt sih, terus mau pengaduan malah ditanggepin dengan judes oleh satpam. Mafia bgt, peres terus aja rakyat menengah kebawah yang ga tau apa2.

This mess, the electricity meter, the bill is booming. A wooden hut that only contains a TV, fans, lights, magicom per month can be 500 thousand, even this month it is 600 thousand. It's really bad, if you want to complain, the security guard responds harshly. The mafia is great, just keep pressing the middle and lower people who don't know anything.

β β β β β Saya ingin naik daya, di perumahan. Sudah telp 123, diminta datang ke pln marunda. Setelah datang, tidak ada layanan tatap muka, hanya melalui WA saja, sudah di WA, blm direspon2. Pelayananya sepertinya perlu di audit. Krn saya lihat ternyata ulasan nya sangat buruk. Saya pribadi profesi kesehatan, yang mana membutuhkan pelayanan fasilitas listrik ditengah pandemi. Cukup kecewa dengan PLN unit marunda
I want to ride power, in housing. Already phoned 123, asked to come to pln marunda. After arriving, there is no face-to-face service, only through WA, already in WA, no response yet. The service seems to need to be audited. Krn I saw that the reviews were very bad. I am personally a health profession, which requires electrical facility services in the midst of a pandemic. Quite disappointed with PLN Marunda unit
