★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLN untuk pelayanan wilayah cengkareng dan sekitarnya. Lokasi mudah dijangkau baik roda dua maupun roda empat ataupun angkutan umum. Parkiran luas cukup namun masih kurang rapi dan tertib. Ruang tunggu yang lumayan walaupun kurang nyaman kursinya. Tidak ada fasilitas minuman gratis buat yang antre menunggu, moga kedepannya ada fasilitas free welcome drink. Pelayanan keseluruhan masih standar pelayanan pemerintah yang biasa saja. CS kurang banyak lebih banyak yang datang daripada yang melayani.
PLN to service the cengkareng area and its surroundings. The location is easily accessible both two-wheeled and four-wheeled or public transportation. Spacious parking is enough but still less neat and orderly. A decent waiting room although less comfortable. There are no free drink facilities for those waiting in line, hopefully in the future there are free welcome drink facilities. Overall service is still the standard government service standard. CS is more or less more coming than serving.

PLN made me suffer by updating the KRN (Key Revision Number) without notifying the impact on the tokens that have been purchased become unusable. PLN has updated the KRN on May 30, 2021, and the purchase of the voucher on May 25, 2021 cannot be used at this time. I've tried many times to report this problem via Call Center 123, and the response I get is always the same that it will be followed up immediately, but no results so far. Likewise, reporting via email on July 5, 2021, for which there was no response at all. Even yesterday I visited PLN Cengkareng and reported my complaint, they said they would contact me soon, but until now there is no news... It is very difficult to deal with PLN, not getting the right solution until now. GOOD JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
