Ada salah satu karyawan yg terlalu serius,
seharusnya murah senyum selalu memberikan jawaban terbaik untuk pelanggan bukan malah bikin takut pelanggan.
Juga terlalu banyak bercanda saat bekerja
Saya ganti ban belakang, kupingan arm saya lupa di kencangkan, akibatnya kupingan hilang satu dan yang satu juga hampir copot, baut masih kendor.
Lain kali diteliti lagi, PLANET BAN itu udah terkenal ada di mana-mana.
Satu lagi produk kurang lengkap untuk versi Tapak lebar ring 17..
Pelanggan pasti akan memilih model tapak (batikan) ban dari pada mereknya. Jadi per banyak modelnya jangan itu-itu aja.

Ee aku tanyaken promo tersebut pada karyawannya. Jawabannya Promonya sudah berakhir. Katanya begitu.
Saran saya, kalau promo tsb sudah tidak berlaku, sebaiknya pemilik planet ban bijak dengan melepas semua iklan promo yg masih dipasang, agar para konsumen yg membeli ban di situ tidak kecewa.
Aken tetapi jika promo tersebut masih berlaku, ya promonya diberiken pada konsumennya to. Atau ganti saja karyawan yg tidak amanah.
Ini saranku lho, karena aku tadi ganti ban tubles di planet ban depan eks. Pabrik gula gondang baru.

Tempat ini cukup setrategis untuk sekedar ganti olie atau servis perawatan motor anda....tempat parkir disini juga cukup nyaman disisi lalu lintas yang ramai...tapi aman kok..anda g perlu kuathir bila ada antrian disini....
I give 5 stars..... great service... changing the oil can be 5000km you know... I have proven it... at first I was hesitant...... but because of the trip... I tried... eeee it turned out to be true....4000...dare to just change the oil.....
This place is strategic enough to just replace your oil or motorbike maintenance service .... the parking lot here is also quite comfortable on the side of the busy traffic ... but it's safe ... you don't need to stop if there is a queue here ...
