- Lokasinya strategis, persis di pinggir jalan raya provinsi. Di depan landmark kota (PG Gondang Baru); sehingga mudah ditemukan.
- Antrian relatif tidak banyak, dengan ruang tunggu cukup memadai.
- Pelayanan ramah dan jelas. Penanganan cepat. Bonus cuci kendaraan gratis.
- Tidak dapat minuman gratis, padahal kelihatan ada botol-botolnya. Kemungkinan saya yang kehabisan, hehe
- Suasana bengkel secara umum agak "lusuh", semoga segera ada pembenahan.
- Servis depan kemungkinan masih akan ke sini. Semoga sudah ada peningkatan kualitas layanan ?
Some of my notes:
- Strategic location, right on the edge of the provincial highway. In front of the city landmark (PG Gondang Baru); so it's easy to find.
- There are relatively few queues, with adequate waiting room.
- Friendly and clear service. Fast handling. Free vehicle wash bonus.
- Cannot get free drinks, even though it looks like there are bottles. I probably ran out, hehe
- The atmosphere of the workshop in general is a bit "shabby", hopefully there will be improvements soon.
- The front service will probably still be here. Hopefully there has been an increase in service quality ?
